Current Turn Around Time
Ready to Ship shoes, canvas art, embroidery hoops, and earrings ship within 3-5 days of the order being placed.
PreOrder earrings will ship in 7-10 days to allow me to make the earrings and allow them to dry completely before shipment.
Payment
Payment must be received before the order will be processed and shipped. Acceptable forms of payment are all major credit cards and PayPal. As a shop owner, I will never see any of your payment information other than your name and address, and will never ask for it for any reason. Your name and address will never be used for anything other than for mailing your order to you.

Oklahoma residents will be charged sales tax at checkout. Taxes and shipping will be calculated and added at checkout.
For buyers outside of the U.S.A., any additional taxes, customs fees, and/or VAT taxes are not collected at the time of purchase and are the buyer's responsibility if they are required by your country. Please be aware of the additional cost before purchasing.

Cancellations may take place if seller notifies the buyer with a question and no response is given after 4 weeks and all possible forms of contact have been exhausted. Cancellations may also take place in the event of "non-payment", though adequate time will be given before any cancellation takes place.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS the day after the product is finished to allow them to completely dry.

Within the U.S.A., your order should arrive within 1-5 days after the order has been completed, depending on the shipping method, time of year, and any weather the USPS may encounter. A tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipping. Busy seasons, such as around Christmas, may take longer for USPS to deliver your package. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
International orders can take 10-30 days depending on your location, shipping method you select, and customs processing times which can vary. Tracking numbers do not update for all locations once the package leaves the USA.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery, please do so by selecting the desired option at checkout.
If you are outside of the United States, please note that customs fees and VAT taxes are not included in the sale price and will be the buyer's responsibility to pay them. Please be aware of the additional cost before purchasing.

Shipping cost includes the packing materials that are used for safe shipping; shipping labels, paper, tape, poly mailers, etc.
Returns and Refunds
Because of the custom nature of each shoe order, refunds will not be issued due to the customer ordering the wrong size of shoes. This applies to any design that was specifically created and custom to you; any shoes with specific names, dates, and/or passport stamps, as well as design that include sheet music.
Please note that TOMS can sometimes be inconsistent, so it is best to try on a pair of TOMS before the order is placed. Because the canvas will stretch with wear, I suggest purchasing a half size smaller than usual. They will feel a little tight for the first few wears, but should become quite comfortable as they stretch.

Earrings
Should any issues arise with your earrings, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of damage before returning the item(s). A refund will be given minus shipping cost once the item has been returned. Refunds will not be given due to improper care (please avoid water), and/or after the 30 days has passed.
Earrings CANNOT be resold, due to sanitary reasons.
Additional Information
In the event of a custom order request, please notify me with any and all special requests, ie: earring length, thread color, dip color, shape. Orders will not be processed until all information is received and both seller and buyer come to an agreement on the design to be used.

Because of copyright issues and laws, I am unable to include logos, characters, or anything that is trademarked or copyright protected without written permission from the original owner. I do not currently hold any rights to reproduce them in any form, even if altered to a certain percent, without permission.
